Pride is the theme of this book and its pride that almost gets everyone killed. Ms Austin keeps the plot fast paced and her characters hopping. She mixes a good love story, excitement and a sassy demon to concoct a story that will entertain. Shattered Legacy by Jade Rivers is a terrific murder mystery. Ms. Rivers did a great job of weaving this tale of murder, mayhem and madness together. It kept me on the edge of my seat all the way to the end! I had a feeling who the villain was but it still came as a surprise when I got the whole story behind it! I’d love to see Vivian Spencer get her own story but I’ll just have to wait and see!
